Drones
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone and also referred by several other names, is an aircraft without a human pilot aboard. The flight of UAVs may be controlled either autonomously by onboard computers or by the remote control of a pilot on the ground or in another vehicle.
I believe students and teachers must gain access to as many emerging drone technologies as possible, not only learning how to program, operate, and design them, but also to question the ethical issues and decision making around them, as well as explore the limitless possibilities for good. It won’t be long until the skies are full of drones, taking us to work, delivering packages, saving lives, and requiring traffic regulations, etc.
